What's Up with Primary Care Emergencies has been specifically designed with the interests of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in mind. Topics will be presented by NPs and PAs who are experts in their fields and will discuss acute and emergent conditions providers can expect to encounter in the primary care setting. Registration includes conference attendance and continental breakfast. This conference will be approved for 12 contact hours by the AANP.

The Fine Print
FEES: All fees must be received at the time of registration. All registration fees include a $50 non-refundable administration fee.
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend and are forced to cancel or transfer your registration, we will give a full refund if you cancel within one week of the date you pay for the conference. You must send notification in writing to email@example.com. Cancellations or transfers made after one week from your payment date and up to one week before the course start date are non-refundable; however, the funds may be applied toward a future MidlevelU conference registration minus a non-refundable $50 fee. Credits expire two years from the date of cancellation. Funds applied to a future meeting are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the program you registered for, and you do not notify MidlevelU by one week before the course start date, your entire registration fee will be non-refundable/transferrable.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Attendees are encouraged to reserve their hotel room at the time of conference registration. MidlevelU room blocks are based on expected attendance, however rooms may sell out prior to the final hotel reservation cut-off date.
PARKING: Attendees are responsible for covering the cost of their own parking.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS/DIETARY NEEDS: Please alert MidlevelU if you require special accommodations during the conference or have special dietary needs. It is important that you notify MidlevelU of special requests and dietary needs prior to the conference; new requests on-site may not be accommodated. (You must contact the hotel directly to make accommodations related to your individual hotel stay.) MidlevelU will make every effort to work with participants and the conference venue to accommodate any disclosed food allergies and other food-related medical conditions. However, there is always a risk of contamination and participants concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. MidlevelU will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or items one may come in contact with while at any MidlevelU event.
CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES: Registration and participation at MidlevelU conferences constitutes consent for MidlevelU to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant’s image in photographs and videotapes for any lawful purpose.
CONFERENCE NAME BADGE: All attendees are required to wear their conference name badge for entrance to MidlevelU programs, exhibit halls, and break areas. Only registered attendees are welcome to attend conference sessions, programs, and food/beverage sessions.
DISRUPTIONS: Cell phone use, loud talking, children, or any other activities or distractions that are disruptive to other attendees will not be permitted in meeting rooms. MidlevelU reserves the right to ask any attendee creating a disruption to leave the meeting area.
STORAGE OF LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS: MidlevelU does not provide luggage or other storage for personal belongings for attendees who are checking in/out of the hotel.
